Subject: BROADCASTING & CABLE

This journal publishes issues 3 & 4 in a very large format, with the rest
of each volume in normal size.  I was wondering how anyone else out there
who get B&C deals with the format differences in binding back issues.  Do
you bind in the large format with the small?  Do you leave issues 3 & 4
out so that your holdings are lacking those issues in every volume?  Do
you throw it all out and get the microfilm?  We're trying to decide and
any input from my colleagues would be much appreciated!
