I am trying to obtain studies regarding effects of acquisition of scientific
journals by commercial publishers on quality or viability (subscription
prices, advertising policy, number of pages, time to publication, etc.), as
our planning committee is studying the question of options for future
ownership.  I would be grateful for responses to the list or directly at
