materials in CITATIONS FOR SERIAL LITERATURE are reproduced with the
permission of the original publisher.  The section of this index
entitled "Serendipitous citings" includes relevant citations from
journals not generally listed here.  These citations are contributed
by users.

It is the intention of the editor to expand the number of journals
