I've got another title change problem. We're receiving the paper copy and
fiche of Art & Craft. The paper copy has what appears to be a subtitle of
"Design Technology," but there is an OCLC record for the specific title Art
& Craft Design Technology (*23612674), which includes a 780 for Art & Craft.
According to the OCLC record, A&CDT began in 1990 with no. 384.  However
when I checked out the OCLC record for Art & Craft (*5079500), there is
still an open-ended date and no 785 for A&CDT.

The problem comes with the fiche we receive which makes no indication
of the title change what-so-ever. The title remains Art & Craft straight
through to our most current fiche of 1994.

Can anybody shed some light on this situation?
