Can anyone who subscribes to CHILDREN TODAY (a U.S. government
pub.) tell me if an index to vol. 19, 1990 was ever published and if so, if
and how I might still obtain a copy? [We do have an index for earlier and
later years, but prior claims and inquiries about this one, placed through
our subscription agency, led nowhere.]
     A separate question about the same title : Did anyone receive an
issue #4 for vol. 23, 1994-95?  [We received only three issues, but
yesterday the first issue of vol. 24, 1996 arrived.  I don't want to
place a needless claim for vol. 23, #4 if it simply doesn't exist - i.e., if
it was never published.]
