Our library has made the decision to spend the extra money and bind
the loose issues, retaining the prebound volume as "Copy 2."  It
doesn't make sense that Elsevier bothers to bind the volume in such an
insufficient manner.

I hope the Elsevier people monitor this list, and have seen all the
comments on the bound volumes of the "Trends in..." publications.
Would you please investigate your binding process, and improve the
quality?  We would all appreciate it.
