I am looking for evidence of periodicals with cumulative indexes
that are not in OCLC or are in OCLC without an entry in the 555 field.
Since the 555 field is not mandatory, is it possible that significant
numbers of such records exist and where, online, would one look for
them? I am a graduate student and would like to hear from anyone who
can enlighten me on this topic. My primary interest is in English
language and non-government periodicals.
