Based upon reading through the messages Anne forwarded, looks like there
were *two* OMNI's, *both* of which did weird stuff in 1995. One being
the tabloid Science Fiction magazine, the other being OMNI: Optical Media
News and Information.

Weird. But then, what isn't in this Serial World of ours?

Hmm, so would someone who cancels journals be a Serial Killer? [OK, so
maybe *that* was in poor taste...]

OMNI ceased publication with April, 1995 per OCLC. It has moved to the
Web at <http://www.omnimag.com>
However, a paper edition was published as Winter 1995-1996 and offered for
sale at newstands only, so it's paper-publication future seems uncertain.

Omni is now available only on newsstands. They've had 2 issues since
discontinuing subscription services (v. 17 no. 8 & 9, Fall 1995, Winter
1996). We have to go to a local bookstore to pick up issues.
