We subscribe to a publication called Drilling Contractor (ISSN; 0046-0702).
The last issues we've received is v.50:no.4(1994:July/Aug.).  This was
received in March 1995.  It appears to be published bi-monthly.  We have
claimed numerous times with no luck.  Please help!  Judy
