Steve,

Volume 13 *was* published, and distributed during the last 1/2 of 1995.
My evidence is the receipt history of our sister to the south, University
of Arizona.  Here at West, my check-in staff assumed the volume was mis-
numbered, as we received all 4 numbers of v. 12 in 1995, then no. 1 of
v. 14 in 1996.  However, on UnCover, the issues for v. 13 are shown received,
with TOC, etc.

Thanks for the info on the change in publisher.  That may account for part
of the problem.  Next step is to talk to our vendor.  We were billed
for a calendar year, not per volume (which in and of itself is unusual).
Hope this helps.  At least I can quit feeling paranoid about the publisher
or vendor "picking" on ASU West.
