I'd like to thank everyone who spent the time replying to my query
about manual claiming of late issues. Most of you recommended systems
which involved using coloured tags to indicate months, and then
viewing the cardex for late issues indicated by the colour.  We will
look at all your ideas and then devise a system for ourselves based
on these.
