Subject:  Desperately Seeking ....

Our library just received volume 4 of _Network_ magazine, ISSN
1170-7992.  We need to catalog it and get it onto the shelves. Two of us
have searched OCLC exhaustively and have checked the CONSER database,
catalogs of other libraries, Ulrich's, and everything else we can
think of, and can find no copy for this title.

It appears to be published by the Network Publications, the National
Training Resource Centre in New Zealand.  Volume 4 consists of four issues
dating from "Autumn 1994" to "1995."  An order form at the back of v.4,
no.1 confirms that the title was _Network_ at least as of volume 2 (but
does not list publication dates).  I have contacted the publisher via
email but had no response.

Our dilemma--we do not have access to volume 1, and therefore can't
establish a start date or frequency for the title in order to do an
original record for it.  Someone else out there must own this title!  If
anyone either has it and can fax us a copy of the title page for v.1,
no.1 OR can direct me to catalog copy for it, I would be most grateful.
