Subject:  Helpful publisher

Plaudits to the publisher of The Boycott Quarterly (Center for Economic
Democracy, Seattle, WA).  A sticker attached to the last issue received --
Vol. 3, no. 3 (spring 1966) said:

   "Attention Subscribers: For newsstand shelf-life, we have
skipped 'WINTER 96.'  Your subscription is not effected."
