Readmore Announces ReadiCat Marilyn Geller 25 Apr 1996 17:22 UTC

Readmore, Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of its new
Internet database, ReadiCat (Readmore's Internet Catalog). ReadiCat is
an expanded and more versatile World Wide Web version of the Readmore
printed catalog of serial titles. It includes bibliographic information
for titles, publisher address and contact information and additional
links for information supplied by some publishers. ReadiCat also lists
CD-ROM and electronic journal titles. Continuation titles will soon be
online as well.

ReadiCat is fully searchable by title, publisher, ISSN and Readmore title
number. It has the most up-to-date price and frequency information
available for each title. Users may search by keywords, search strings,
exact words, partial words, etc. You may also specify terms located at
the beginning or end of title and publisher fields, as well as, terms
contained anywhere within the field. Issue status information and
membership/combination data will be introduced shortly as part of Phase 2
of the ReadiCat Project.
