Could someone tell me how to list level 4 holdings (collapsed) for
Family Economics Review?  Our library has unbroken holdings from 1986
through second issue of 1992.  Issues prior to number 3, 1988 lacked
volume designation.  Issues were numbered 1-4 each year.  Issued Feb,
Apr., July, Oct. in 1986 and 1987.  Issued Jan., May, Aug., Dec. in
1988. Issued Feb., May, July, Nov. in 1989.  Issued Feb. May, Sep.
Dec., 1990.  Issued Mar, June, Sep. Dec. in 1991.  Issues for 1992
lack month designation.

Also, could anyone recommend a publication that has samples of the
ANSI standard 1986?  That is, examples of unusual publishing patterns
and the collapsed form for holdings.  I have the American National
Standard for Information Sciences -- Serial Holdings Statements.
