The head of my library has requested an interlibrary loan of the following:

"Electronic journals," by F. Rowland.  Assignation, v.12 n.2 p.32-4 (Jan 95)

This journal is only listed on OCLC with one library, which has advised us
they do not have the needed issue.  We believe this is a social-sciences
category item, and none of the NASA libraries carries it.  We don't have
ready access to other consortia.  Can anyone on this list supply a copy or
suggest where else we might seek it?
