Thanks to everyone who answered my inquiry about Faxon and their problems
this year.  I had about 50 responses, many from SERIALST and some from
phone calls. Almost everyone was having the same problems I was.  (invoice
coming very late, not receiving many Jan, Feb 1996 issues, etc.)  I
attracted the attention of the head of customer service through my inquiry
on this list.  She called and we are trying to work out some of the
problems.  I do think  Faxon was a little neglect in not telling its
customers they expected problems with the new system.  Again thanks to
everyone for letting me know I was not the only one having problems.
