Faxon has been very helpful to us.  Since the new computer system was
inaugurated in the late fall, they didn't get all the renewals out on
time, so we had an interruption of service for several titles.  They have
purchased the missing issues of People Weekly and Time and sent them to
us express mail.  I did send 4 pages of claims of the same type of
problem, and they are currently working on it now.
