We have continued to maintain our shelf list and I hope we have no plans to
discard it.  As we are continuing to clean up our online datebase we
find the shelf list cards to be a valuable resource to check call numbers,
locations and numbers of copies as well as bibliographic information.  We
have found many records in OCLC which have been updated or merged and since
these records may one day replace the records in our database we believe it to
be prudent to maintain a printed copy of the bibliographic record we chose
to use.
