Patty Hatch has correctly pointed out that Margo Warner Curl's concerns
about RoweCom's Subscribe service were real.  I do take them seriously,
which is why I prepared an extensive reply to those concerns in an
effort to allay them.  It was an error on my part to use quotes in
characterizing her concern.
