Hi,

When I started Here at Tennessee Technological University, I was working on an
existing Word Perfect formated holdings list.  It was THREE long files, in text
format.  AS soon as possible I converted it to a Microsoft Word document, and
did some radical cleanup.

About a year ago I had the whole mess converted to a Microsoft Access database.
It was the smartest thing I have done in years!  I can now print customized
lists.  I include and sort on data that is unique to our setup....etc.
