Subject: BARCODING

The State Library of Victoria, Melbourne is about to undertake the
barcoding of its serial collection that includes bound volumes and
boxes of loose issues. We are looking for advice from any large
libraries who have done this, particular using DYNIX online system
(but advice from libraries using other online systems would be
welcomed).

We wish to discuss what went wrong and what went right, time involved
etc. We would appreciate any response. If preferred, lengthy replies
