We handle these in a variety of ways.  If we are going to catalog and
retain, we use OCLC cataloging .  The decision to retain often has to do
with whether the title is indexed.  We are using Notis, and have fields in
the Order Pay Record  to show the connection between this title and  the one
it comes with.  In many cases, we discard the "comes with" title, or send it
on, using a Kardex to alert the students doing check-in.
