Good morning all.  I have a couple of questions about the
newsletters, etc. that "come with" another subscription.

    1.  Do you catalog and retain these items?

    2.  If you do not retain these items, do you use OCLC cataloging
        or do you create a record in-house?

   Currently we send some titles to faculty members and others are
just stored for a while and then discarded and I would like to do
something with them.  Thanks so much for your time.
