I have looked at the SERIALST archives to see if I could glean any information
that might help us in our selection process for a PC based serials control
software package.  I found lots of requests for information but no responses
so am appealing to list members for help.

We are beginning to explore what serials control software package will work
best for our small but growing serials collection.  We need something that
will help us track what issues have been received and when, generate automatic
claims, allow us to print a holdings list, and track where the title comes
from, i.e. vendor, gift or direct from publisher.  I have heard very positve
things about DataTrek's software over the years but would like to know
what users opinions/advice is on other products such as InMagic, Professional
Software, REMO, etc.

Thanks for any hints, suggestions, advice, etc. you can provide.

Oh yeah, one other criteria is this software needs to be networkable!
