I just happen to have a copy of Legacy on my desk so I thought I would reply.
We don't have a subscription here, this is our freebie copy dated
February/March 1995. At the bottom of the contents page in teeny tiny letters
it says:
         Address all correspondence to RJR Communications/American Heritage,
         60 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10011.
