My experiences with Gordon & Breach have led me to think of them
as the robber barons of the serials world: very high prices for journals
that are not published with regularity, gobbledegook answers when
questioned, and a reluctance to refund any money.
    We have been fortunate insofar as our faculty have recognized the
problems dealing with G&B; they have supported us in cancelling *all* G&B
titles!
