It is time to stop 'lurking' due to a problem I have which I hope
someone can help me with.

Does anyone know what has happened to Vol.12 of "Alcoholism Treatment
Quarterly" (published, (or rather not) published by Haworth)?
It has been indexed
but these articles have not appeared in Vol 11 (1994) or Vol 13 (1995)?
