         Can anyone recommend a fax machine that is durable, plain
         paper generated vs. the roll type, reliable and not too
         expensive?

         Our Library is finally thinking of purchasing a fax machine
         to perform general type of faxing (letters, invoices, etc.)
         and for ILL (they have a PC w/ modem).
