Subject: Same story, different message

This is my morning to get caught up on odds and ends.

Is anyone else experiencing claiming/receipt problems with _American Vision_?

I began in this position in Jan 1994, so this goes back before my time, but
apparently received it regularly up through vol. 8 #5, which is the Oct/Nov
1993 issue; it is stamped as received on 10/13/93.

We received no more issues until, on Feb. 3rd of this year, we received
vol. 9 #6, labelled Dec (1994)/Jan 1995.  We then received
    --vol 10 #1 (Mar 1995) on 2/27
    --vol 10 #2 (May 1995) on 4/24.

Nothing since.

I've sent out four claims on the missing year (8 #5 - 9 #5); was told by
Faxon they're out of print.  I replied that I thought we should then
receive a credit on our subscription but have had no response on that.

And now, of course, vol 10 is recalcitrant.

Advice, please?
