Faxon is dead wrong on the Personnel Management cessation date:  we have
through Vol. 26, no. 13, Dec. 1994, which states that it is the final
issue.  So sorry, but you need to insist they send you issues 10-13 in
order to completely fulfill the subscription on that title.

I remember that one well (and verified it just now to be sure) because it
was one of the last title cessations/new title replacements I cataloged
before being sent into exile.

In future, a thought: do you know any serials folk in Britain you could
e-mail to, to have THEM do the necessary in-country phoning, then reply to
you? Or e-mail Heather Steele at Blackwells? Since the publisher is in
London, any British agent could probably be of help -- assuming you use a
British agent for Brit titles....
