Has anybody found a good way to stay on top of the sales catalogs from
Sotheby's and Christie's.  I log them in on a database(Paradox) by sale
date, and check them periodically against the Previews.  It is not a
simple procedure because they come in anywhere from a month to 3 days
before the sale, some sales are cancelled, often pushed back 1 day. The
sales categories have also multiplied freely.  Since the Previews are
sometimes late, it becomes difficult to figure out if we have received
all we should before the sales take place. Hope rises eternally that a
brilliant and simple solution to this exists out there, since this is by
no means the only task I have to do.
