My experience with Turpin (they are very large) has been largely one of
frustration.  All first claims to them invariably had a reply of "please
send us a copy of your cancelled cheque".  Because payment was made by bank
draft not check, we could not oblige.  The library I was at made it a policy
of using Blackwell's for any title distributed by Turpin.
