I am interested in anybody who has carried out costing exercises to determine
the full cost of subscribing to serial titles as compared to using electronic
document delivery.  This has been put succinctly in the literature as 'just in
 case' versus 'just in time'.  I am particularly interested in finding out what
methods were used to do costings.
