I need an address or phone number for the publisher of "THE WESTERN
ELECTRIC ENGINEER".

The only address I have is:  Western Electric
                             222 Broadway
                             New York  NY  10038

When I tried to send a letter to the above address, it was returned to me
marked forwarding order expired, return to sender.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
