Netters --

           Would anyone know the citation/publisher for a serial
            titled <Harvest of News>?  The item am trying to
            document is a one-page mock letter between an author
            and editor concerning the fourth revision of a manuscript.
            The letter carries a running head "At One Time or
            Another".  The item is dated May, 1992.
