Subject: Ebsco vs. Faxon

         Is anyone currently using Faxon as your serials vendor and
         are you satisfied w/ their service?

         Is anyone using EBSCO and are you satisfied w/ their service?

         Has anyone recently changed subscription agents, for example,
         FAXON TO EBSCO?  And why?

         We're thinking of changing from Faxon to EBSCO  this coming
         calendar year.  I'm convinced but I need to be convinced
         more.
