Subject: Verification assistance

I was asked to get subscription information for the following title:

Asia-Pacific Constitutional Yearbook

edited by: Saunders, C and  Hassal, G

coming out of University of Melbourne

I cannot verify this at all.  I've looked in the usual places: OCLC and
Ulrichs.  Am I simply loosing it? Does this come under another name?  Do
any of our serial friends "down under" know about this title?  So as not
to clutter up the list, please e-mail me directly.  Thanks in advance for
the help.
