Dear Mr Rogers,

I hope that you have the facts surrounding our copyright policies and have
read our clarification that we do not place any limits on subscribers'
activities in copying or interlibrary loan, as they fall within 'fair use',
at any of our rates. If you have any questions, I think it would be fair,
as well as professional, to also contact us for a clearer understanding for
your readers. I've read a recent article in another publication about these
policies that is simply untrue in most respects, and simply confuses readers
more. Why didn't the reporter simply verify his information?
It's puzzling, especially to a publisher of research as well as several trade
magazines.

You can contact me at 201 643-7500, or at <Christopher.Schneider@gbpub.com>.
     Thanks and best regards,

Chris Schneider
