Our medical library has free subscriptions to several non-medical Chinese
periodicals, which our staff checks in to our online catalog.  We have
been able to find OCLC records for all these titles by ISSN (no one on
the staff reads Chinese), but a new title has come in whose ISSN is not
in OCLC, Ulrich's, or the Serials Directory.  I am hoping that someone
who reads this list can give me a transliteration of the title so I can
create a brief checkin record for our catalog. The ISSN is 1000-0461.
