Subject: Claiming by disk (I was wrong -- I CAN claim electronically (hmk))

When I walked into work today at 11, Buddy Reebe, Technical Support at
Readmore, was on the phone to inform me that I could claim electronically.
He faxed me the instructions right after he hung up.  Though we didn't
have time to experiment today, the directions are clear and there looks to
be no changes from typical file transfer via modem.
I am fairly sure that the folks at Readmore did mention this option to
me when we were discussing claim procedures so I must apologize for
posting a message that stated an inaccuracy.  Please note folks how
quickly the folks at Readmore got back to me.  I've been very please with
the "response time" at Readmore.  If we send a message to Marta
electronically we usually get a reply by the end of the day.  So, my
apologies to the folks at Readmore and my thanks to Buddy Reebe.
