We at Indiana University Southeast Library do not keep the
          Weekly compilation of Presidential Docs. Once we receive the
          Public Papers and 5 years has surpassed we then discard
          them. We too used to bind them, but decided against it since
          we had duplicated material and eventually discarded them
          anyway.
