Can anyone on the list recommend a binder who does quarter-leather or
half-leather binding (with acid-free end papers, etc.) at an economical
price? I already have information on Heckman Bindery (N. Manchester, IN)
and American Bindery (Topeka, KS), but I've been asked to provide a list
of options, so I'd like to include at least 2 others.
I'm especially interested in hearing from libraries which have had
volumes bound in leather within the last year.
1. Bindery used? (An address and/or phone number would be helpful)
2. Were you pleased with the service? The finished product?
3. Any problems? Were problems resolved to your satisfaction?
4. Would you recommend this bindery?
Thank you for your help.
