   From some advance pages to the _CONSER Editing Guide_, the first indicator
values 2 and 3 will be used:

2  No note, no title added entry.  Use this indicator when a variant title
is needed only for online searchability.  Variant forms of the title
formerly input in field 212, such as an expanded form of title, may be
coded with this indicator value.  Example:
     245 00 ALA bulletin.
     246 2  American Library Association bulletin

3  No note, title added entry.  Use this indicator value for variant title
added entries created according to LCRI 21.30J and any other situation in
which a title added entry is needed but not a note.  Example:
     245 04 The miner & workman's advocate
     246 3  Miner and workman's advocate
