negotiating prices and license agreements for networked
electronic information.  Bibliographic databases and full text
databases will both be addressed.  Additionally, two points of
view will be represented, those of the libraries and the
information producers/providers.  We will talk about several
possible types of network license agreements, different sizes and
configurations of networks, and the pricing philosophies/
policies of the different companies represented on the panel.
