Dear Colleagues:  UNC Charlotte is undergoing a major serials cancellation
project.  In lieu of subscription we want to offer access through CARL Uncover.
I am inquiring as to how libraries have determined the amount of funding to
set aside to subsidize document delivery in lieu of subscriptions and what
their experiences have been.  Please respond to me, not the list.  I will
summarize to the lists if people are interested.
