Delivery of information in microformat John Harrison (602)523-6856 14 Dec 1994 19:32 UTC

Our Serials Review Committee is considering a variety of options
concerning long term storage of serials which of course includes microformats.

Do any libraries have programs to provide paper copies to faculty made
by library staff from microformats? To provide some information for comparison,
our library has @300 titles in microform and a little over 550 faculty.

I'm interested in any information about amount of use your service
gets, whether the impact on the public service unit responsible for
microformats is significant, and generally whether this has made faculty more
comfortable with the library using microformats as a long term storage medium.
