Subject: New Postal Rates

I haven't yet heard any of our vendors make predictions as to the impact of
the new postal rates on our domestic serials budgets.  Has anyone tried to
make an educated guess?

I realize that it is up to the publishers to adjust their prices.  A 70%
increase will most certainly not go unnoticed!

My staff and I were expecting to have reduced the quantity of supplemental
invoices this year.  It was a nice dream.
