2 suggestions:

1.      Check Ulrich's  What title is it under?  You can use the ISSN to
        locate.

2.      Check New Serial Titles

Have you searched OCLC? No luck? One of those nasty titles.

Possibly add both numeric designations in 362 field, e.g.

362   Vol. 6 no.1, Spring 1994-  : (Whole number) 362-

I am not certain if you can add 2 362 fields, check your MARC
formats.  This is just off the top of my head.
