We have closed stacks. The users complete a retrieval slip, which we keep. The
retrievals are marked on a computer produced title list, are tallied monthly,
and eventually annually. So we can produce an annual listing sorted by title
and by number oc circulations for each title. The list is also compiled into a
five year cumulation so that use patterns over recent years can be observed.
